Zeek Logistics Fulfilling the Same-Day Delivery Promise

Zeek Logistics, a US-based third-party logistics and e-commerce fulfillment company, faced significant challenges in its distribution warehouse. Their traditional, paper-based picking process was inefficient, required extensive walking for staff, and resulted in high error rates and delayed order fulfillment, making it difficult to meet their commitment to same-day shipping. To resolve these operational inefficiencies, Zeek Logistics partnered with AutoStore and KPI Solutions for an automated warehouse solution.

The solution implemented was an AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system, featuring a grid with 22 robots and over 28,000 bins. This system brought products directly to employees at workstations, drastically reducing walking time and errors.
