Leading Digital Media Company, a large integrated broadcasting, publishing and digital media firm, faced repeated release-management pain: duplicated change sets across sandboxes, many unreleased stories stuck in QA and pre-prod, frequent sandbox refreshes that lost recent work, and the overhead of a full-time resource to manage monthly releases.
