ThreatAware, the security platform built by London MSP Priority One, needed a simpler, faster way to keep small- and mid-sized clients’ systems available and secure through continuous patching and endpoint hardening. Facing the reality that adversaries weaponize vulnerabilities quickly, ThreatAware sought a cloud-native patching partner — Automox — to deliver enterprise-grade patch management, agent deployment, and custom remediation capabilities.

Priority One integrated Automox into the ThreatAware platform using the Automox API, Automox agent deployment via ThreatAware Deploy, and Automox Worklets to automate fixes and custom checks. The Automox–ThreatAware solution made multi-OS patching low-effort and highly visible: after agent rollout one customer had Automox identify more than 300 missing security patches, enabling prioritized remediation, reduced known vulnerabilities, and faster, more effective endpoint protection with Automox.
