Dutch Technology eXperts (DTX) turns to Automox to provide full-service endpoint security to its customers

Dutch Technology eXperts (DTX), a managed service provider with over 20 years’ experience across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, faced growing risk as customers shifted to remote work and struggled to keep up with rising vulnerability disclosures. Limited to patching Microsoft Windows, DTX needed cross‑platform coverage for macOS, Linux, and third‑party applications and selected Automox’s cloud‑native endpoint management platform to extend full‑service endpoint security.

Using Automox, DTX deployed the Automox agent across a few hundred endpoints, managed Windows, macOS, and Linux from a single dashboard, and leveraged Automox Worklets for additional services; policies were applied immediately and patching began at scale. The result: a rapid, 80–95% reduction in known vulnerabilities after the first patch weekend, faster customer onboarding, simplified management, and an improved security posture that DTX can now offer to more clients.
