Dizzion, a global provider of cloud-delivered Desktops-as-a-Service, faced the challenge of managing patching and configuration across hundreds of unique customer deployments and thousands of endpoints in concurrent multi-user environments. To free its engineers to focus on customer service and to ensure consistent OS and third‑party software hygiene across diverse operating systems and locations, Dizzion adopted Automox’s cloud-based patch management platform, using OS patching, software/3rd‑party patching, and endpoint configuration management.

Automox automated the repetitive security hygiene tasks across Dizzion’s modular “Pods” (each supporting roughly 2,000 desktops), enabling remote software installs, cross‑platform patching, and real‑time dashboard/reporting. As a result, Dizzion gained full inventory visibility and compliance reporting, allowed customers to self-manage patching, and removed the guesswork from securing thousands of endpoints—giving the team faster remediation, predictable security posture, and greater operational confidence with Automox.
