Databerry, an MSP serving clients with 1,000+ endpoints, needed a cloud-based, cross-platform patching solution that was simple to onboard and manage across Windows, Linux and Mac devices while supporting extensive third‑party application updates, custom policies, SSO and API access. Facing thousands of remote endpoints and a requirement for a single point of management and rapid agent deployment, Databerry selected Automox’s cloud-based patch management platform (OS and third‑party/software patching and endpoint configuration management).

Automox delivered a lightweight agent and web UI that met Databerry’s ~20 requirements—enabling quick installation, centralized visibility, grouping, custom policies and API integration—while supporting any OS in any location. The result was dramatic operational savings: patching went from a full-time effort (~30 hours/week) to about 1 hour/week for the technician, plus improved automation, reliability and secure visibility across their estate.
