Midwest Property Services, a property maintenance company in Addison, Illinois with 20 employees, 12 vehicles, and service at over 100 properties, struggled to manage its mobile workforce and to prove vehicle presence at customer sites. To address missing timesheets, unclear mileage and fuel usage, and customer disputes over completed jobs, the company turned to Automile’s telematics solution and Automile app with vehicle trackers.
