A Automic Case Study
Landmark Group, founded in 1973 and operating more than 1,600 outlets across 19 countries with brands such as Babyshop, Centerpoint and Lifestyle, needed to modernize legacy merchandising, warehouse and reporting systems to support rapid growth. The company faced the challenge of integrating new Oracle Retail applications with existing systems, ensuring timely inventory, pricing and promotions across all stores, expanding IT services without adding headcount, and meeting audit and compliance requirements.
To address this, Landmark implemented the Automic Business Automation platform to orchestrate end-to-end retail processes—connecting Oracle Retail, Oracle E‑Business Suite, POS, warehouse, payroll, Brio and legacy systems—and automated monitoring, reporting and interface management. The result was faster, more reliable POS and pricing updates, automated compliance and audit checks, on-time completion of critical workloads, roughly three hours of daily savings per administrator, freed IT capacity for innovation, and extended returns on legacy IT investments.
