Its DSIC team needed to migrate critical workloads from an IBM mainframe to SAP while achieving near‑five‑nines resilience, supporting global operations and improving customer service by automating time‑sensitive processes such as daily sales forecasts, finance and HR reporting.

Roquette implemented the SAP‑certified Automic Dollar Universe scheduler to orchestrate SAP APO, Finance, BW, BusinessObjects, CRM integrations, BizTalk interfaces and enterprise backups. The solution centralized batch control on a single console, automated 600+ server backups, ensured timely delivery of daily forecasts to 17 plants, and cut five days from the annual financial close—improving production run times and overall customer satisfaction.
