AutomationEdge deployed an RPA bot that picks consolidated PDF invoices from a shared folder, uses OCR to extract invoice numbers, separates and merges pages per invoice, pushes merged PDFs into the ERP via API, and generates and emails a consolidated Excel file. The AutomationEdge implementation enabled bots to process 1,000 invoices daily and delivered measurable benefits: roughly an 80% reduction in end-to-end processing time and a 70% improvement in productivity.
