The bank engaged AutomationEdge and its RPA solution to cut turnaround time, eliminate manual errors, and reduce heavy manual effort.
AutomationEdge deployed a robot that logs into the NPCI site, downloads the required reports for previous/pending days, saves and zips files per sub member bank, and emails the zips on a scheduled basis. As a result, AutomationEdge achieved an 800% TAT improvement—reducing processing from 10–15 minutes to about 2 minutes per sub member bank—removed the scope for manual error and dramatically reduced the manual workload.
