Largest Bank struggled with a highly repetitive NPCI mailer process that required downloading six reports for 60–80 sub member banks daily (around 400–450 files), manually zipping and emailing them, and relied on a nine-person team. The bank engaged AutomationEdge and its RPA solution to cut turnaround time, eliminate manual errors, and reduce heavy manual effort.

AutomationEdge deployed a robot that logs into the NPCI site, downloads the required reports for previous/pending days, saves and zips files per sub member bank, and emails the zips on a scheduled basis.
