AutomationEdge implemented an EVV bot that identifies incomplete shifts, extracts caregiver and client preferences (including language and contact method), initiates verification conversations, updates the home‑care EMR and audit logs, and flags exceptions. The AutomationEdge solution cut texting/calling staff TAT by ~90%, eliminated manual follow-ups, removed the equivalent of 15 FTEs of manual work, completed roughly 2,000 weekly incomplete EVV verifications autonomously, and improved process efficiency by about 80%, boosting caregiver and client satisfaction.
