The University of Melbourne, a leading Australian research university with nearly 50,000 students, faced a major admissions bottleneck: manual data entry, downloading attachments and consolidating results created delays in acceptance notifications, duplicated work and limited staff capacity to focus on higher‑value tasks and improving the applicant experience.
To address this, the university deployed Automation Anywhere RPA across admissions, faculty administration and supplier tracking, automating 22 repetitive processes including full data and attachment entry.
