Tricor Group, a Hong Kong–headquartered business expansion specialist with 2,600 employees serving 50,000 clients across 21 markets, set out in 2019 to digitally transform operations by opening a shared service center in Malaysia. Tricor partnered with Automation Anywhere to deploy RPA across the organization, implementing 280 bots (with more added monthly) to automate end-to-end payroll, reporting and finance tasks. The program delivered 100% processing accuracy, saved 3,000+ payroll hours in year one and 7,000+ hours annually in financial reporting, increased employee productivity by 30%, and helped the company continue uninterrupted operations through the COVID-19 disruption.
