A Rapid Process Improvement (RPI) review found the root cause lay in timesheet records, prompting a targeted task-mining investigation to pinpoint where to focus improvement efforts.
BPM-D ran an RPI program and a FortressIQ proof-of-concept, collecting a week of click-level timesheet data and visualising results in PowerBI within two weeks. Analysis showed daily timesheet entry (vs. weekly batching) saved more than 24% of submission time in one office, reduced late submissions, improved accuracy and enabled faster invoice processing — delivering a standardized timesheet routine and an estimated ~24% increase in process efficiency when scaled.
