Partnering with Recode Solutions and deploying Automation Anywhere’s AARI and IQ Bot, the retailer automated AP invoicing and numerous customer-service processes. In a three-month pilot the bots processed 65,000 invoices annually (95% handled without human intervention), cut invoice handling from 7–10 minutes to about 30 seconds, reduced average call handling time to 85 seconds, and delivered more than $2M in annual savings in under two years while standardizing processes and enabling 24/7 operation.
