Texas Bank, an American bank based in San Antonio and one of the 50 largest banks in the U.S. by total assets, faced rising customer demand and tighter regulatory requirements that strained three key processes: transaction disputes, PPP loan processing, and new-customer KYC checks. The bank partnered with Automation Anywhere to address these efficiency and compliance bottlenecks.

Automation Anywhere helped Texas Bank deploy an automation program across the three high-volume processes, then scale it to 30 additional automations using a cloud-native platform and ServiceNow for intake. The results included more than $3.5M in savings, over $1M from EFT disputes, $400K from PPP automation, $150K from KYC automation, and 75,000 hours saved, while also improving accuracy, streamlining workflows, and reducing risk.
