St. John of God Health Care, a major Australian healthcare provider, sought to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs across its financial processes. They engaged the vendor Automation Anywhere and its advisory partner Mindfields Consulting to implement an RPA solution using the Automation Anywhere platform.

Automation Anywhere implemented a robotic process automation (RPA) solution that automated 12 processes in billing, receipting, accounts payable, and management accounting. The results were highly successful, enabling the processing of nearly $1 billion AUD in billing, saving 25,000 hours annually, and achieving a 20% reduction in operational costs. St. John of God Health Care plans to further expand its use of Automation Anywhere's technology, including the Bot Insight analytics platform.
