Case Study: Sprint achieves 50+ automations and 20,000+ hours saved in six months with Automation Anywhere

A Automation Anywhere Case Study

Preview of the Sprint Case Study

Sprint Automates 50 Business Processes in Just Six Months

Sprint, a major U.S. telecommunications company serving 53.9 million customers with $33.6 billion in annual revenue, began exploring RPA in 2017 to address resource constraints in finance and tax. Early, small-scale automations freed capacity for higher-value work and encouraged Sprint to broaden automation across functions including finance, sales, HR, IT, network and customer care.

Sprint selected Automation Anywhere and launched a companywide RPA program late in 2018 with an aggressive goal to automate 50 use cases; it met that goal in six months. The effort delivered more than 50 automations and 20,000+ hours saved, created a federated governance and training model, sparked cultural change as nontechnical employees embraced automation, and left 50+ additional use cases in the pipeline.
