A Automation Anywhere Case Study
TriNet, a provider of full-service HR solutions, set out to eliminate repetitive, error-prone work in its DevOps change-management workflow. The existing process suffered from lack of structure and traceability, manual data intake and hand-offs among three stakeholders, and frequent delays that impeded application deployments.
TriNet implemented Automation Anywhere API Tasks in Process Composer to automate the end-to-end change-management flow—exporting code, storing artifacts, creating and routing change requests, and notifying teams—while preserving human-in-the-loop validation. The automation cut cycle time from 15 minutes to under one, delivered a 15x process improvement, eliminated human error, returned 163 hours annually per unit, and created a reusable, scalable framework for other functions.
