Signify, the global leader in lighting (formerly Philips Lighting), faced labor-intensive finance operations—balance sheet reconciliations, purchase-to-pay and credit & collections—that required about 120 people to manually update systems, reconcile reports and manage documentation, resulting in slow cycles, limited visibility and operational strain.

Infosys, together with Automation Anywhere, implemented and scaled RPA bots across these finance processes to automate reconciliations, cash application, payment validation and reporting.
