Travelpro, the Boca Raton company best known for inventing the Rollaboard® suitcase, needed a more efficient and accurate way to get sales orders into its Fourth Shift ERP/SOP system. Manual order validation and a nightly processing shift were time-consuming, error-prone and costly—website orders alone could reach 300 per week and large weekend batches once required hours of manual entry.

Using Automation Anywhere’s App Integration and Image Recognition, Travelpro automated the import of website and formatted email orders into the SOP module and automated the nightly validation and inventory/invoicing process. The scheduled job runs in about 30 minutes, alerts staff on errors, freed customer service from routine entry work, eliminated the overnight hire, and saved the company thousands of dollars while improving accuracy and turnaround.
