Poclain Hydraulics, a manufacturer of hydrostatic transmissions serving diverse markets, faced time‑consuming manual tasks that slowed operations: matching payment deposits to corresponding bills required extensive analysis and screen work, and an HR migration forced staff to log into each employee profile to download and reupload photos and data.

The company deployed Automation 360 on the cloud, building about 30 bots—including an AR matching bot developed with accounting and a HR migration bot completed in two days—and rolled them out internationally. The automations delivered 100% accuracy, saved more than 75 hours on AR deposits and roughly 100 hours on HR data imports (about three minutes saved per each of 2,000 employees), and spurred a Center of Excellence to expand automation with a target of 40 bots.
