PGGM, a cooperative Dutch pension fund service provider, faced challenges in automating administrative tasks within its proprietary pension systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Previous attempts with an external supplier proved too costly and time-intensive. They turned to Automation Anywhere for a more flexible and easy-to-use intelligent automation solution.

Implementing Automation Anywhere's software, PGGM initially automated simple processes in pensions administration and then built a cost-saving pipeline. The solution automated 27 processes, including handling changes in pensions and funds transfer requests. This resulted in saving 19,466 hours within 10 months, processing 119,956 total tasks, and achieving significant annual efficiency gains for the organization.
