Network International, a payment solutions leader serving 65,000+ merchants and 220 financial institutions across 50+ countries, faced rapid regional growth—especially into Africa—and needed a way to standardize and scale operations across locations. To connect its sites with consistent, more efficient processes, the company turned to robotic process automation (RPA).

Using a centralized RPA program that trained operations employees to build, run and manage bots, Network International automated its first UAE processes within two months and expanded RPA into IT and other geographies. Today 100 bots (with 80 Bot Runners) operate in the UAE and Egypt, automating 50 business processes and 100+ sub-processes, reducing manual processing time by 70%, handling ~1,200 daily merchant email requests and 72,000+ chargeback requests annually, and integrating with CRM systems—while business users have become active automation advocates.
