Manual steps—downloading and analyzing statements, untracked FM/SME communications, and time-consuming voucher creation in Oracle—risked missed or duplicate payments and tied up operational manpower.

The company deployed Automation Anywhere’s Automation 360 and the AARI digital assistant to coordinate bots and stakeholders: statements are auto-downloaded, collated for SME review via AARI, escalated to FMs for approval, and then the bot creates payments, vouchers, and uploads files to the bank portal. The automation streamlined workflows across units, automated seven processes, saved more than 3,600 hours annually, reduced response times to under 20 seconds, and enabled plans to expand AARI to additional users and processes.
