CPFL Energia, the third‑largest Brazilian electric utility with 13,500 employees and roughly US$8B in annual revenue, provides power generation and a wide range of customer services across Brazil. Seeking to “do more with less,” the company needed to accelerate and de‑risk processes in HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain while reducing costs and errors.

CPFL implemented RPA with Automation Anywhere across its Shared Services Center and formed an RPA Center of Excellence to govern bot operations.
