ConvergeOne, a services-led cloud solutions provider headquartered in Bloomington, MN with 50+ U.S. offices, launched an RPA program in 2019 and wanted to adopt the latest automation tools (including Discovery Bot) to remove bottlenecks and avoid limitations as the program scaled. The challenge was migrating legacy bots and processes to a modern cloud platform while ensuring faster, more capable automation across teams like CSC, marketing, sales and professional services.

ConvergeOne chose Automation 360 cloud, used Bot Scanner to validate bots for migration, and moved core processes (ticket management, contract data extraction, CRM/marketing reconciliations, PO receiving and invoicing) to the new platform. The migration eliminated Enterprise v11 hosting costs, delivered added Discovery Bot capabilities, saved about 30,000 hours annually, and cut a contract processing task from as long as two weeks to under four hours — with further expansion planned using AARI, IQ Bot and Bot Insight.
