Bridging the Brazilian talent gap through inclusive automation training

Viaflow, a consulting and technology firm focused on digital transformation and hyperautomation, confronted a severe talent shortage in Brazil’s tech sector—an estimated gap of more than 500,000 unfilled positions—alongside barriers to opportunity for marginalized communities. The company set out to create an inclusive, scalable pathway to prepare job-ready candidates for automation and IT roles.

In 2018 Viaflow launched FlowTalents, a free program offering three months of technical, automation and social-skills training plus 12 months of case management, later moved fully online and strengthened with Automation Anywhere technology. To date the initiative has delivered 15,000+ hours of RPA training, attracted 4,000+ subscribers, graduated 85+ participants with 100% job placement (about 50% placed internally), supported 100+ families and earned regional social-impact awards.
