A Automation Anywhere Case Study
RMIT needed a way to improve the student and staff experience while handling growing demand across the university, especially in international admissions and other high-volume processes. Working with Automation Anywhere and its enterprise automation platform, RMIT set out to turn manual work into scalable automation and free up staff time.
Automation Anywhere helped RMIT deploy automation across the university through a collaborative, business-led model. The results were significant: more than 60,000 staff hours returned, 27 automation solutions deployed, 20,000 student requests processed, and 5 AI-powered automations launched, giving the university back the equivalent of 24 years of staff capacity.
