Konexo, the future-facing “alternative legal and compliance” brand developed by Eversheds Sutherland, needed a faster, more efficient way to handle high-volume legal workflows with too many parties involved and too much inbox chasing. To support its in-house legal teams and client services, Konexo turned to Autologyx and its low-code/no-code workflow automation platform.

Autologyx was used to build and automate processes such as intake, triage, allocation, case management, and Companies House verification, while also connecting to other systems via APIs and data feeds. The result was a rapid reduction in inbox traffic, self-service access to matter progress, quicker process iteration without long IT projects, and a fully trained internal team able to handle most changes themselves. Autologyx also enabled Konexo to capture process data and identify bottlenecks, helping open up new opportunities for process improvement and future automation.
