Warren and Mahoney - Customer Case Study

Warren and Mahoney, a 300‑strong architectural practice based in Auckland with seven studios across Australasia, needed a unified set of tools to support advanced BIM delivery across architecture, master planning, reality capture and asset management while mitigating project risk and enabling their “one studio” collaboration policy. To meet these needs they turned to Autodesk, adopting the AEC Collection and the cloud collaboration platform BIM 360 Design.

Autodesk implemented a subscription to the AEC Collection (including Revit, 3ds Max, Navisworks, Recap 360 and Dynamo) alongside BIM 360 Design for cloud-based co-authoring and coordination. The Autodesk solution delivered measurable benefits: reduced project risk, improved accuracy and efficiency in scoping, a single source of truth for project information, greater transparency and certainty for clients, and better data capture for future operations—helping Warren and Mahoney deliver fit-for-purpose buildings that perform long term.
