A Autodesk Case Study
TAIT Towers was tasked with creating a one-of-a-kind, four-story kinetic chandelier for Omnia Nightclub at Caesars Palace that integrates video, lights, and orchestrated movement to transform the guest experience. To explore and verify dozens of design options and complex motion behavior, TAIT Towers relied on Autodesk software—using Autodesk AutoCAD for rapid concept and detailing and Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling and physics simulations.
With Autodesk tools, TAIT Towers iterated roughly 25 designs and delivered a 13,000‑lb installation featuring 20,152 tri‑color LED pixels, 2,250 feet of cable, and 357 crystals; simulations ensured the rings wouldn’t collide and supported a roughly one‑year delivery (about 22,000 hours of work). Autodesk’s software accelerated design iteration, enabled accurate motion and safety validation, and helped produce a dramatic kinetic installation that measurably elevated the club’s atmosphere and guest experience.
