Case Study: Temza achieves a 3‑month UK restaurant launch with Autodesk AutoCAD

A Autodesk Case Study

Preview of the Temza Case Study

AutoCAD used to design the UK’s first Paramount Lebanese Kitchen location

Temza, a London‑based interior design studio, was hired to create and deliver Paramount Lebanese Kitchen’s first United Kingdom location and rebrand the quick‑service concept for a discerning South Kensington market. Working against a tight three‑month design and fit‑out deadline, Temza’s senior interior designer Julia Janosa relied on Autodesk’s AutoCAD to produce accurate, to‑scale drawings and coordinate across disciplines and time zones.

Using Autodesk AutoCAD, Temza produced initial scaled drawings, leveraged blocks for rapid global edits, integrated manufacturer CAD data for the open kitchen, and streamlined reviews between the London project team and Paramount’s Ontario headquarters. The result: the project was completed in just three months with smoother collaboration among architects, engineers, trades and regulators, fewer mistakes on site, and clear, to‑scale visualizations of furniture and fittings that met client and regulatory approvals.
