A Autodesk Case Study
CCTech, the India-based Centre for Computational Technologies, is a software company serving AEC, manufacturing, and oil and gas customers. The company struggled with translating bulky design files across multiple tools and stakeholders, which slowed workflows, caused information loss during exports, and created rework and extra manual effort for designers and engineers. Autodesk’s Data Exchange API was used to address these interoperability challenges.
Autodesk helped CCTech build cloud-based connectors between Autodesk products and third-party software, including a PowerPoint Connector, a Revit-to-Inventor Solar Panel Configurator, and a Rhino Read Connector. These solutions enabled granular, automatically updated data sharing, reduced rework and errors, improved collaboration, and made workflows faster and more connected. Autodesk’s platform helped CCTech enhance productivity and control across the design process, supporting better business outcomes and smoother downstream analysis and automation.
