TSM, a nearly 40-year supplier of blending and control systems for the plastics industry (from toothpaste caps to milk cartons), needed to streamline operations and shorten manufacturing cycle times to accelerate the journey from engineering to market while maintaining quality and compliance.

TSM self‑implemented Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle to standardize and automate more than 20 processes — including new product introduction, project and resource tracking, product documentation, design quality, variant management, quality issue and problem reporting, RFQs and customer support — and integrated it with SAP to improve the user experience. The result was faster time-to-market, reduced cycle times and clearer, more consistent process and quality control across the business.
