As the business pushes to deliver a stronger pipeline of new products, its legacy approach—managing New Product Development for thousands of configurations with spreadsheets and email—became unsustainable.

QFC implemented Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle (cloud-based New Product Introduction, BOM Management and Quality Management) to replace manual processes. The solution streamlined workflows, improved BOM and quality control and made NPD scalable, enabling the team to work smarter, accelerate product introductions and produce more new designs while maintaining process excellence.
