NUCAP Industries, a global leader in brake-system components—from backing plates and shims to attaching hardware and springs for cars, buses, trucks, motorcycles, aviation and trains—needed a better way for customers to find and retrieve product information and drawings. To solve this, NUCAP selected Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle to build a customer-facing portal that streamlines access to its technical catalog.

Using Fusion Lifecycle, NUCAP launched a secure, configurable portal that now serves hundreds of customers, provides user-level access control, and hosts thousands of part records and ready-to-download part prints. “Fusion Lifecycle currently helps us to collaborate with our customers via our catalog. We're looking forward to using it for workflows such as APQP, ECO's and NPI's,” says Troy Hylton, V.P., Global Engineering.
