Chamberlin & Hill Castings, the light‑castings division of Chamberlin plc, produces complex, tight‑tolerance castings up to about 40 kg for the automotive industry. Facing increasing process complexity across sales, engineering and change management, the company needed better control of Items, BOMs and workflows to cut errors, reduce admin overhead and improve decision-making.

Chamberlin & Hill implemented Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle across departments to manage sales inquiries, engineering changes and other processes, launching 14 workspaces with eight more planned. The rollout reduced mistakes, lowered administrative workflow, enabled learning from errors and provided aggregated data for fact‑based decisions.
