Wierts BV Transitions to Autodesk Build to Improve Transparency on Repairs and Maintenance Projects in the Netherlands

Wierts BV, a construction partner in the Limburg region of the Netherlands, needed a better way to manage repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects while improving transparency, collaboration, and information control across many subcontractors and stakeholders. Working with Autodesk Construction Cloud, the team moved beyond paper-based workflows and basic photo-sharing to support increasingly complex project coordination and asset-management needs.

Autodesk Construction Cloud implemented Autodesk Build, giving Wierts BV a common data environment for drawings, issues, RFIs, submittals, change requests, forms, and photos. The result was faster decision-making, less reliance on email, WhatsApp, and WeTransfer, and stronger traceability and accountability for clients and project teams. On one project, Wierts BV managed approximately 2,000 issues, 10,000 pictures, and 450 forms, and on another nearly 2,400 drawings, 12,000 issues, and 25,000 pictures—all while improving transparency and preparing for new Dutch quality-assurance regulations.
