Tyréns, a leading Swedish community development consultancy, worked with SISAB to support the creation of a standardized digital building model for Stockholm’s new elementary schools. The challenge was to reduce rising design costs, minimize errors, and improve quality across school projects, using Autodesk Construction Cloud, including BIM 360, for cloud-based construction document management.

Using Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360, Tyréns and SISAB centralized collaboration in Revit and the cloud, improved stakeholder visibility, and streamlined coordination with automated quality checks through Tyréns’ IFC-validator. The result was fewer errors, faster reviews, and significant time savings: BIM 360 cut design coordination meetings by two hours per week over five months, saving 50 hours, while IFC-validator saved more than 150 hours, helping the team deliver reusable, higher-quality models for future projects.
