A Autodesk Construction Cloud Case Study
SEMAICA, one of Ecuador’s leading construction companies, needed a better way to connect office teams and job sites while continuing its push for innovation and BIM maturity. To support this challenge, the company selected Autodesk Construction Cloud, including Autodesk Build, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, and Autodesk Takeoff, for its Le Parc hotel expansion project and broader digital transformation efforts.
With Autodesk Construction Cloud, SEMAICA is improving collaboration, information structure, and communication between the field and the office, while also training internal teams and subcontractors to adopt the tools effectively. The company has already used BIM to triple the number of projects in its architecture division, grow the team from one architect to six, and support ISO 9001 design and development compliance; Autodesk’s platform is now helping extend that progress into connected construction and future innovation initiatives.
