POB rolled out Autodesk Construction Cloud’s BIM 360 starting with its subcontracting concrete team, then expanded usage after seeing how intuitive it was for site crews. The platform created a single source of truth for documents, drawings, checklists, and issue management, replacing manual reporting with dashboards and improving transparency. As a result, POB reduced time spent searching for information, sped up issue allocation, strengthened collaboration with subcontractors and supply chain partners, and improved project quality and efficiency.
