A Autodesk Construction Cloud Case Study
MultiGreen, a real estate development and operating company focused on attainable, sustainable, tech-enabled housing, set an ambitious goal to build 40,000 multifamily homes by 2030 through its Workforce Plus initiative. To meet that challenge, the company needed a way to standardize data capture, improve collaboration, and reduce inefficiencies across design, planning, build, and operations. It turned to Autodesk Construction Cloud to create a unified platform for its projects.
Using Autodesk Construction Cloud products including BIM Collaborate and Build, MultiGreen established a common data environment to streamline coordination, manage cost and project information, and digitize commissioning and asset tracking. The result has been better visibility, faster issue resolution, reduced silos, and more informed decision-making across the project lifecycle. MultiGreen has already constructed 1,106 of its 40,000 target units, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is helping it accelerate time-to-market while improving quality and cost control.
