Miron Construction, a large general contractor headquartered in Wisconsin, was navigating rapid growth while trying to make its virtual construction workflows more effective in a fast-changing, often slow-to-adapt industry. Autodesk helped Miron streamline model access, improve communication with project teams, and support detailed planning for complex work such as steel sequencing and crane logistics. The case study does not cite a specific numeric performance gain, but it does note broader growth at Miron, including revenue increasing to $1.3 billion in 2020.
