How Sobha Hartland Improved Site Collaboration and Productivity with Digital Construction Project Management

Sobha Group, through its Dubai division Sobha Hartland, needed a better way to manage construction quality, site collaboration, and data sharing across large, high-end projects. Relying on paper, spreadsheets, emails, and handwritten notes made it difficult to track issues, share drawings and specifications, and bring new team members up to speed quickly. Autodesk Construction Cloud’s PlanGrid was introduced to support their digital construction management needs.

Using Autodesk Construction Cloud’s PlanGrid, Sobha Hartland piloted the platform on Hartland International School and quickly expanded adoption across the organization. The team closed 2,760 issue stamps and stored 7,375 photos, while also reducing email traffic, improving response times, and creating a single source of truth for project data. Autodesk Construction Cloud helped Sobha standardize inspections, improve productivity, and maintain its uncompromising quality standards.
