KRT Building Consultants, a small Auckland-based surveying and construction consulting firm, needed a faster, more accurate way to manage quality inspections and the traditional “camera and site notes” process. With Autodesk Construction Cloud and PlanGrid, KRT moved inspections to tablets, linked photos and comments directly to floor plans and drawings, and streamlined document sharing across stakeholders. KRT has tracked more than 3,000 tasks and issues, 700+ annotations, and 4,000 photos, while also impressing a contractor enough that they purchased PlanGrid themselves.
