How KEO International Improved Design and Structural Value with Cloud-based Collaboration

KEO International, a Kuwait-based general contractor and design/engineering firm, needed a better way to manage highly complex projects across multiple markets, stakeholders, and locations. Without a common data environment, collaboration on design and constructability was labor-intensive, costly, and prone to delays and quality issues. KEO turned to Autodesk Construction Cloud, including BIM 360, to support cloud-based collaboration across its design-to-operations workflow.

With Autodesk Construction Cloud, KEO implemented connected construction workflows and a centralized CDE to improve communication, design coordination, and secure data sharing across internal teams and external stakeholders. The results were significant: KEO reported saving more than 90% of the time normally required to share data on disconnected platforms and an 83% improvement in time spent finding the right files, models, and drawings. Autodesk also helped KEO improve quality and productivity by automating manual tasks and keeping teams aligned around the latest project information.
