Using Autodesk Construction Cloud’s PlanGrid, the team uploaded 150 drawings and had the platform ready in less than two hours, with site-wide access enabled within 24 hours. The solution helped Interserve and its supply chain partners track changes, share up-to-date records, and hand off work seamlessly across shifts, contributing to the facility’s on-time completion in nine days, 86,000 construction hours, and a handover closed out within 48 hours.
