With Autodesk Construction Cloud and PlanGrid, Granite could instantly share plan revisions, compare sheet versions, and give field teams mobile access to the latest drawings even without internet connectivity. The result was faster issue resolution, stronger field productivity, and significant cost savings, including catching a potential $30,000–$40,000 mistake and saving up to $500,000 in rework costs on another project, along with about five hours per person per week.
